year's dinner honors New York's newest
Republican Member of Congress,
Congressman Bob
Turner, who won a dramatic election in
September to replace disgraced
congressman Anthony Wiener. He
becomes just the second Republican in the
New York City congressional delegation. |

Congressman
Peter King is often considered "New
York's Congressman" for his tireless
advocacy to ensure New York's preparedness
and resources to combat against
terrorist attacks. Rep. King is the
Chairman of the House's Homeland Security
Committee and also serves on the Financial
Services Committee. He was elected to
represent Long Island's 3rd Congressional
District in 1992. |

Ann Marie Buerkle was elected to Central
New York's 25th Congressional District in
the 2010 elections that saw the Republicans
gain control of the US House of
Representatives following a disastrous
two-year reign by the Democrats following

Buerkle previously had a career as a
Registered Nurse and later as a practicing
attorney and Assistant New York State
Attorney General. |

Congressman Grimm is a Marine and war
veteran, attorney, and former FBI Special
Agent who fought Wall Street corruption as a

up the entire New York City Republican

Nan Hayworth
was elected in November 2010 to New York’s
19th Congressional District north

Tom Reed is the former Mayor of Corning,
NY and represents the 29th Congressional
District in Central New York. He was
elected to the seat in a Special Election
and General Election held on the same day of
November 2, 2010 following the sudden

being investigated by the House Ethics
Committee at the time. |
