W. Isaacs was elected Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer or the New York
Republican County Committee on February
16, 2011.
Dan
graduated Cum Laude with Departmental
Honors in Political Science from the
State University of New York (SUNY) at
Stony Brook in 1988. He graduated from
New York Law School, where he served as
Executive Editor for the Journal of
International and Comparative Law, in
1991. He served as a Law Clerk to the
Honorable Roger J. Miner of the United
States Court of Appeals for the Second
Circuit between 1992 and 1993. He is
currently an attorney in private
practice in Manhattan.
Dan
founded the College Republicans at SUNY-Stony
Brook in 1985 and was elected New York
State Co-Chairman of the College
Republicans in 1986. He was elected
President of the New York State Young
Republicans in 1991 and was a candidate
for the New York State Assembly in the
89th District in 1996. He
has served as the Chairman of the Law
Committee of the New York Republican
County Committee since 2008.
